About the Tribute

The Tribute to Women in the Military was first held in 1985 to honor military women, past, present, and future.

The Tribute is held the first Friday of March in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is open to everyone: women, men, children 12 and over, Active Duty, Reserve/Guard, retirees, veterans, civilians. 
The Tribute opens in the morning with registration and opening ceremonies and concludes after the awards luncheon.

If you would like to be added to our database to receive the annual registration packet by mail, contact Ethel Tilley at (505) 853-1718. If you are a woman veteran in New Mexico and have not received a registration form by January, please check this site for registration form.

We need a variety of veteran organizations, non-profits, small and large businesses, etc.

We are always looking for committee volunteers, sponsors, and donations of tote bag items, 
door prizes, and silent auction items.

0800 hrs – Registration Opens, Exhibits, Refreshments, Networking
0900 hrs – Opening Ceremonies
0930 hrs – Morning Entertainment
1130 hrs – Luncheon
